Abstract Submissions
The TSRC Editorial Committee is now accepting abstracts for this year's conference. Abstract submissions will only be accepted through the Abstract Submission Portal utilizing the abstract submission template. Please upload your abstract in either word or pdf format using this template only.
All submissions must be received no later than May 16, 2025.
To be considered by the editorial committee all presentations must address only new data and be relevant to tobacco or tobacco-related products. The abstract must include a brief description of the objectives, the methods used, the results and their implications. The editorial committee reviews and accepts papers based on the abstract. Very short or vague abstracts, or abstracts without conclusions/data will not be accepted Please note the following:

- The Editorial Committee reserves the right to make minor editorial changes, e.g. to correct typographical errors.
- The abstract should be at least 180 words but no longer than 275 words in length.
- Confirmation of receipt of the abstract will be provided to the principal author. Confirmation of receipt is not acceptance of the submission.
Technical sessions will be focused on specific topics and organized by subject matter. Authors are encouraged to choose their preferred session topic when submitting abstracts. The Editorial Committee will make the final assignment.
Poster sessions will be organized by subject matter on Monday and Tuesday. Authors must be present during their scheduled session. If an author cannot attend, their poster will not be included in the sessions.
Workshops and panels will be included in the year's program. These sessions will feature technical reviews on topics of widespread interest and will not promote commercial products or services. Please include a complete outline of the proposed content, along with the names of planned speakers, with your submission.
TSRC Scholarship Program
We warmly invite and encourage individuals who work outside of a laboratory setting, such as current graduate students, to participate in presentations and attend the conference. To encourage contributions and participation, up to two graduate student scholarships will be granted by the TSRC Editorial Committee based on the merits of the work to be presented at the conference, as described in the abstract. To apply for consideration, please complete and upload this form during the Abstract Submission process on the portal above.
Submission of your abstract includes acceptance that the abstract will be published in the official conference program, may be broadcasted to the conference body and may be posted on the CORESTA web site. This includes your abstract, final PowerPoint slides, or electronic Poster file.
