Registration: The registration fee for both in-person and virtual events is $750.00. This fee includes access to the symposium, technical sessions, poster presentations, social events (in-person only), and a subscription to Tobacco Science Journal Registrations received after 5:00 p.m. EST on August 22, 2025, will be charged the late registration fee of US$1,500.00. Cancellations received prior to 5:00 p.m. EST August 22, 2025, will be refunded less a US$300.00 processing fee. Refunds cannot be given after this date. Hotel: We encourage all attendees to stay at the conference hotels - Marriott Knoxville Downtown (HQ) and Hilton Knoxville Downtown. A special room rate of $214.00 plus tax per night can only be booked through the registration process. Requests for the conference rate will not be accepted directly with the hotel. Please note that the University of Tennessee is hosting the University of Georgia’s football team on Saturday. The conference rate will not be available for Friday or Saturday night. All conference Hotel reservations will begin on Sunday, unless otherwise organized in advance. If other special arrangements are required, please contact the conference committee at info@tsrcinfo.com. Social Program: We are also excited to announce the return of a one-day guest program. The planning committee is working with local vendors to organize an introduction day in Knoxville on Monday. Guests will receive local information, which they can use to explore Knoxville independently for the remainder of their stay. As always, guests are invited to attend all social events.
