Registration The registration fee is $850.00 USD. Registration includes: • Access to the Opening Symposium • Technical Sessions and Poster Presentations • Conference Social Events • A subscription to Tobacco Science Journal Registrations received after 5:00 p.m. EST on August 28, 2026, will be subject to a late registration fee of $1,700.00 USD. Cancellations received on or before August 28, 2026, will be refunded less a $300.00 processing fee. Refunds cannot be issued after this date. Schedule of Events Registration and packet pick-up will begin at noon on Sunday at the Sheraton Charlotte Hotel. All conference attendees and their registered guests are invited to attend the Welcome Reception, hosted by Reynolds, on Sunday evening at the Sheraton Charlotte Hotel. Additional details will be provided during registration pick-up. Technical Program Monday morning’s Opening Symposium, The Evolving Landscape of Tobacco Harm Reduction, will feature presentations and discussions with industry leaders from across the tobacco and nicotine industries. The symposium will be followed by a comprehensive program of technical presentations, poster sessions, and specialized workshops. Click here to review the preliminary program. The technical program will begin on Monday morning and conclude on Wednesday afternoon. The TSRC Awards Banquet will be held on Tuesday evening. Attendees are encouraged to plan their travel accordingly. Hotel Accommodations Conference attendees are encouraged to stay at the official conference hotel, the Sheraton Charlotte Hotel. The special conference room rate of $244.00 USD per night, exclusive of taxes, is available only through the conference registration process. Requests for the conference rate cannot be made directly with the hotel. All hotel reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Failure to cancel a reservation or a no-show arrival may result in a charge of at least one night's room rate plus applicable taxes.
