Technical program
All oral and poster presentations must be submitted no later than one week prior to the conference. Additional instructions regarding presentation submission will be distributed in August. Presenters will have the opportunity to review and update their presentation files in the Speaker Ready Room prior to their scheduled session; however, no changes to references or acknowledgments will be permitted after the submission deadline.
As a reminder, all accepted presenters are required to attend the conference and present in person. If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. In some cases, another co-author may present on your behalf with prior approval. Otherwise, your abstract will be withdrawn from the technical program.
The technical program will begin on Monday morning and conclude on Wednesday afternoon. The TSRC Awards Banquet will be held on Tuesday evening. Attendees are encouraged to plan their travel accordingly.
