Welcome Reception (included in conference registration) Tobacco Science Journal is pleased to host a welcome reception for all conference and social program registrants on Sunday, September 14th, at 6:30 p.m. Dress is casual. Look for more details when you arrive at the hotel. Closing Banquet (included in conference registration) The banquet will be held on Wednesday evening, September 17th, with the social hour beginning at 6:30 p.m. Dress is business casual. Additional details will be provided at registration. Guest Program We are also excited to announce the return of a one-day guest program. The planning committee is working with local vendors to organize an introduction day in Knoxville on Monday. Guests will receive local information, which they can use to explore Knoxville independently for the remainder of their stay. As always, guests are invited to attend all social events. The guest program fee is $350.00 per guest.
Organization of Women in Nicotine and Tobacco (OWNiT) The Organization of Women in Nicotine and Tobacco (OWNiT) exists to empower and foster the advancement of women in the nicotine and tobacco space. This event presents an opportunity to expand your professional network, socialize with like-minded people, and build lasting business and personal relationships. Golf Tournament As an addition to our TSRC social program, Buddy Brown (retired RJRT) and Mike Ogden (retired RAI Services) are organizing a golf tournament open to all conference attendees and guests. Space is limited to 20 golfers, on a first-come basis. Hotel and transportation will be arranged separately. Course: Island Pointe Golf Club (https://www.islandpointegc.com/) Address: 9610 Kodak Road, Kodak, TN 37764 Date: Sunday, September 14 ,2025. First tee time 10:00 AM Fee: $90.00 (USD) includes green fee, cart fee, tax, box lunch and gifts/prizes. The deadline for registration is September 5, 2025.
